Howie’s HomeStay is a one-of-a-kind, ultra-private luxury villa retreat just outside Chiang Mai, Thailand. Designed by international designer Bill Bensley, it offers exclusive use of the property to just one booking at a time—ensuring complete privacy and personalized service.
We accommodate only one party at a time, up to 10 guests. This makes our retreat ideal for couples, families, or small groups looking for privacy and exclusivity.
Yes. When you book with us, the entire property is yours alone—no other guests will be on site.
We’re located in the beautiful Mae Rim Valley, about 30 minutes from Chiang Mai International Airport (CNX) and 25 minutes from Chiang Mai Old City.
